Chicco Bayot has 4 years of direct experience managing 250-300 Graphic and Web Designers.
His responsibility includes ensuring 100% utilization of resources through maximizing productivity, accuracy, and quality through execution of development measures to enhance Graphic Designers skillset. Account Management, Customer Relations Management, maintain business relationship with clients through daily interaction, resolution of escalations through development of action plans to improve quality and productivity of each staff members. He excels in resolving issues and identifying operational gaps in processes. Manage day to day operations, Service Levels, and developing metrics to maintain business objectives. He has direct experience with Graphic Designers and his Leadership skills has given him confidence in his people.
Des Bayot
(Partner/CMO)
Des Bayot has 6 years of Sales and Marketing experience in various industries including Auto, Real Estate, Financial Planning, and Information Technology. She brings in expertise in Sales Strategies, Business Development and Client Relations. Part of her responsibilities also include People Management, Sales Staff Training and Sales skills enhancement and Development as well as Talent Acquisition. She also carries with her experience in managing a Large Sales Team for Century Properties, Philippines. She holds a Degree in Business Administration major in Management from Philippine School of Business Administration.
